Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of maintenance tasks including plastering, painting, patchwork, and brickwork.
- Conduct repairs and renovations in social housing properties, ensuring high standards of workmanship.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to address issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Multi Trader, ideally within the social housing sector.
- Strong skills in plastering, painting, patchwork, and brickwork.
- Relevant trade qualifications or certifications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
