As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents while promoting dignity, choice, and independence. You will also be responsible for medication administration and supporting the care team.
What we are looking for in a Senior Care Assistant:
- Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant within a care home setting
- N/SVQ Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care
- Experience in medication administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate, proactive, and committed to high standards of care
