We Need Your Skills

• 2+ years of Scottish residential conveyancing experience (essential)
• Excellent IT skills
• First-rate client service skills
• Within a 30-minute commute to your chosen office

What Your Day Will Look Like

Lead your own varied caseload where you'll:

- Guide clients through their property journey with expertise

- Handle diverse property transactions from start to finish

- Manage key tasks including title checks, searches, and cash statements

- Draft essential documentation and deeds

- Liaise with factors, lenders, and other solicitors

- Handle registration applications with precision

- Build fantastic relationships with clients and stakeholders
