Site Manager

Site Manager required by a Glasgow based contractor who specialise in office fit outs and new build projects to the value of 5m. Current clients include Starbucks, The Gym Group, Lidl, the Co Op as well as large corporate clients

The successful candidate will be based on a site in Stirling which is a cat B office fit out worth 450k. The project is a full turnkey project which involves the refurbishment of all communal areas, break out areas, kitchen and toilet facilities as well as workspace areas.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in working on similar projects up to the value 5m and can come from either a trades or educational background.

SMSTS, CSCS card and up to date Health and Safety and First Aid required

This is a live working environment so excellent communication skills as well as good client liaison skills are a must.

As well as the above the Site Manager will be responsible for::
Managing sub contractors
Managing RAMS and overall Health and Safety on the site
Managing the budget and ensuring the project is delivered on time
