A full-time or part-time project manager is required for a property company with a development in the Stirling,Perthshirearea. The role is to manage the conversion of a large existing dwelling into 17 flats.
Position Details
Job type: Full-time or part-time - employed or self-employed contractor.
Salary:Up to £60k pro rata.
Location: Stirling area.

Responsibilities:
Our client is looking for an experienced project manager at a residential conversion project, dealing with all aspects of the development including procuring materials, managing labour and health & safety.
Requirements:
- Certification preferred, but not essential.
- Good communication skills.
- You need to be reliable, flexible and able to do the job.
- Have the ability to work on your own initiative.
- An awareness & experience of the importance of health and safety.
- Attention to detail.
- Responsible & organised.
- Take pride in your work.
- Enthusiastic, motivated & trustworthy.
- Well-presented & punctual.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- UK driving licence.
