A full-time or part-time project manager is required for a property company with a development in the Stirling,Perthshirearea. The role is to manage the conversion of a large existing dwelling into 17 flats.

Salary:Up to £60k pro rata.

Location: Stirling area.

Responsibilities:

Our client is looking for an experienced project manager at a residential conversion project, dealing with all aspects of the development including procuring materials, managing labour and health & safety.


Requirements:

  • Certification preferred, but not essential.
  • Good communication skills.
  • You need to be reliable, flexible and able to do the job.
  • Have the ability to work on your own initiative.
  • An awareness & experience of the importance of health and safety.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Responsible & organised.
  • Take pride in your work.
  • Enthusiastic, motivated & trustworthy.
  • Well-presented & punctual.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • UK driving licence.
