About the role:
Join us as a supervisor and help lead our team to new heights of deliciousness and customer service excellence! At Cinnabon, were passionate about more than just our irresistible cinnamon rollswere dedicated to creating sweet moments and exceptional customer experiences.
You will be responsible for opening to closing the store, handle cash and transactions, respond to customer inquiries gracefully, and create a supportive, fun work environment where every team member feels valued!
Essential:
- Minimum 1-year experience in a management role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
- 18 years or over due to late night working and closing of the store
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
