Contract Scotland is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our reputable client in the Stirling area. As a Servicing Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting operations and maintaining efficient administrative processes.

This is a Full-time permanent position - 35 hours a week Monday to Friday. You will be office-based, and you will be working with a tight-knit team to support you with duties, such as:

  • Answering telephone calls
  • Raising sales invoices
  • Inputting purchase invoices
  • Checking purchase statements
  • Ordering parts
  • Arranging delivery
  • Scheduling site visits
  • Updating company spreadsheets
  • Carrying out other ad-hoc office duties

Experience:

To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following skills and qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administration/secretarial role
  • Proficiency in IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask efficiently under pressure
