Business Support Administrator
Salary: 25,000 per annum
Location: Stirling (FK7)
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Support Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for all incoming telephone calls and visitors. Your daily tasks will include:
* Managing incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
* Performing high-volume data entry into Excel with precision.
* Scanning and entering invoice information quickly and accurately.
* Ordering parts and supplies as needed.
* Assisting with accounts processing.
* Overseeing diary management for scheduling purposes.
* Undertaking various ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the team.
What You'll Need:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
* Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, as it is essential for data management.
* A customer-oriented attitude with excellent customer service skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
* Self-motivation, a high work rate, and the ability to work independently and think on your feet.
* Previous experience in a reactive administrative role, handling incoming queries and meeting deadlines.
* Familiarity with Sage is beneficial, but training will be provided to the right candidate.
