The role - WEEKEND RECEPTIONIST/HOST
Location - STIRLING
Hours - SATURDAY HOURS 8am - 5pm / SUNDAY HOURS 11am - 5pm
Pay rate - 12.00 per hour

Office Angels have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join an established team to cover WEEKENDS. The contract will run for circa 4 weeks with the potential to be extended.

As recruitment professionals we will strive to have another assignment lined up for you when this one finishes.

The role is based in Stirling and can be accessed by public transport but there is also on-site parking.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a reactive role and must be confident with handling incoming queries and tasks from a shared admin support box.

A typical day: -
* Switchboard management - answering all incoming
* Booking in customers and dealing with enquiries
* Ensuring the both the diary and customer database are kept up to date
* Liaising with the workshop staff/suppliers and updating customers when necessary

We would love to speak with candidates who have: -
* Impeccable telephone skills and previous Front of House experience
* Immaculate personal presentation
* Experience of calendar and diary management
* Excellent computer literacy skills including MS Office

This role will suit confident and articulate individuals who are keen to deliver the highest levels of customer service.
