About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Food Handler to join our dynamic team at Cheshire Oaks. This role involves serving customers with high-quality hot food and desserts in a fast-paced environment, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation & Handling:
- Prepare and handle hot food and desserts according to hygiene and safety standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment and assist in restocking ingredients and supplies.
- Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while addressing customer queries.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
- Health & Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations (including allergen awareness).
- Keep workstations clean and organized at all times.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Support colleagues with additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year in food handling and preparation.
- Customer service experience in a hospitality or retail setting.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with ease.

- Reliable, punctual, and able to start immediately.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Hours 12pm – 9 pm flexible across Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
