Our client, a leading global provider of performance-critical solutions, is seeking a Planning Administrator to join their team at the Ellesmere Port site. As a Planning Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the organisation's cost-effective management strategy and ensuring smooth operations.

Here's a snapshot of what your day will involve:

  • Processing MRP demand into internal job orders
  • Printing, packaging, and distributing internal job orders
  • Resolving job order inaccuracies
  • Assisting with the maintenance of the internal database
  • Reviewing production stock levels based on historical demand

In addition to these responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to contribute to process improvement initiatives and collaborate with other teams within our client's global setting.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in a planning role within an engineering environment (desirable but not essential)
  • Adaptability and a willingness to implement new working methods
  • Advanced IT skills, including Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems
  • Previous experience in an international, result-driven organisation (preferred)
  • A passion for our product and excellent communication skills
