Salary is 38-39k plus tips
Working shifts are 7.45am to 4.30pm
Only open one evening a week
At this site they do cater for a specials night once a week, which is often a fish and chip night which runs till around 8pm
Open for Breakfast, Lunch and afternoon teas
Heading up the kitchen operation including paperwork
Free reign on menus keeping it simple but tasty
Style of food is modern British
40-cover restaurant
They also offer a fish counter and on-site Deli
We are looking for a Head Chef who a hands-on chef, A head chef who has previous experience of fresh food whilst writing your own menus and training and developing the current team for future career growth
