We are recruiting for a manufacturer business based just outside of Chilbolton, Hampshire. They design and manufacture cryosurgical medical devices. They boast extremely low staff turnover and will provide full training.We have a full time position for a Production Operative. Temporary to permanent The hours for the role are Monday to Friday 08.30 - 16.30 Benefits:* No weekends* Extra annual leave with length of service * Free on-site parking* Sick pay* Free Health Cash Plan* Monday to Friday* Casual dress* Pay: From £11.70 per hour (rising after passing probation)Skills/Experience:* Excellent attention to detail.* Dexterity required, as many assembly tasks require the handling of small, delicate components.* Good communication skills for liaising with all levels of colleagues.* Team worker.* Self-motivated & enthusiastic.* Previous experience in the manufacture of precision assemblies useful but not essential as training is provided.* Ability to read engineering drawings useful but not essential.Responsibilities:* Assembly and testing of precision assemblies for use in the manufacture of cryosurgical medical equipment.* Follow work instructions & assembly processes to ensure quality targets are met and enable a smooth flow of production through the work cell.* Perform basic inspection process to ensure suitability of components.* Collaborate and communicate with your team to ensure production deadlines and targets are met, highlighting any shortfall in parts, relevant resources or quality issues.* Assist with picking, packing, and shipping when required.If you are interested, or would like more information, please apply online and contact us via
