Future Opportunities:
You could be the team leader to another paraplanner or in a 3-5 year window, you could transition into an Adviser position.
What’s needed for this paraplanner position?
- Experienced as a paraplanner within a similar financial planning environment
- Ideally, hold the CII Level 4 diploma in financial planning
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal and attention to detail is essential to succeed
- Proactive and client-centric
