Prospero Teaching are seeking to appoint a dedicated Head Teacher in a vibrant and welcoming primary school in Stockbridge. We are committed to providing a high-quality education and nurturing environment for all young learners. Thus, we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Head Teacher.

As a Head Teacher, you will:

    • Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the school.
    • Oversee the development and implementation of the curriculum.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive school culture.
    • Manage and support teaching staff, ensuring professional development and high standards of teaching.
    • Engage with parents, students, and the wider community to promote the school's values and achievements.
    • Ensure compliance with educational policies and regulations.
    • Monitor and evaluate the school's performance and implement improvement plans.

About you:

  • Holds a Headship qualification
  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Have proven experience in a leadership role within an educational setting.
  • Possess strong understanding of the curriculum development and educational best practices.
  • Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Have the ability to inspire and motivate staff and students.
  • Show commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Essential & Desirable Qualifications:

    • Holds NPQH- ESSENTIAL
    • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).- ESSENTIAL
    • Has experience in school leadership roles- ESSENTIAL
