Job Description
I have a new paint sprayer opportunity in the Portsmouth area for a well renowned Bodyshop group. The role offers a good basic salary, excellent bonus earning potential, as well as a friendly team to work alongside. Responsibilities
- Vehicle preparation and spraying
- Paint mixing and matching
- Application of primers, basecoats, topcoats etc
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a car paint sprayer in an automotive body shop or similar environment
- In-depth knowledge of automotive paint systems, including color mixing, application techniques, and drying times
- Proficient in surface preparation techniques, such as sanding, filling, and masking
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to achieve a flawless finish
- Excellent color perception and color matching skills
- Familiarity with different paint types, including water-based and solvent-based paints
Salary and Benefits
- Basic Salary to £20 per hour
- 45-hour week, Monday to Friday
- Excellent bonus scheme
- 20 days holiday + BH, pension scheme
