Sewell Wallis are currently working with a growing PE backed business in Stockport who are looking to recruit an interim Property Accountant for c3 months to help prepare for their year end.

What will you be doing?

  • Producing monthly financial statements.
  • Preparing company and consolidated accounts.
  • Preparing service charge accounts.
  • Completing complex balance sheet reviews.
  • Preparing monthly VAT returns.

What skills do we need?

  • Fully qualified Accountant, ideally ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
  • Experience within the Property sector.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
