Sewell Wallis are currently working with a growing property business in Stockport who are looking to recruit an interim Senior Service Charge Accountant for c3 months to help prepare for their year end.

What will you be doing?

  • Producing monthly financial statements.
  • Preparing income and expenditure reports.
  • Managing transactional finance.
  • Preparing company and consolidated accounts
  • Reviewing of service charge accounts.
  • Assisting with the audit
  • Completing complex balance sheet reviews.
  • Preparing monthly VAT returns.
  • Working with key stakeholders across the business.

What skills do we need?

  • Must have service charge accounts experience.
  • Experience within the Property sector.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
