You will work directly and receive one to one training and support from a Financial Controller who is brilliant - she's not your stereotypical FC; she's "one of the team", will come for a drink with you all after work and let her hair down but equally be mother hen to the whole office! She's fab.
This is the perfect "second" career move for an Accounts Assistant - a business where you can really settle and stay long-term but also know that you are developing an enhancing your skillset.
It's the ideal position for someone who has spent 12months - 2 years with a business and enjoys their role but maybe feels like they can't see a future at the company.
The role will be focused primarily on transactional accounting; the business is multi-faceted so there are various divisions within the group so the tasks you will be given day to day will differ and certainly won't be one-dimensional!
