Are you a Junior Accountant from a general practice, wanting to become qualified, looking to expand your tax and accounting experience and have the potential to grow in general practice?
Do you want to learn directly from the senior managers and partners, work in a collaborative environment, where everyone contributes to the team delivery of projects working across a variety of clients across different sectors across accounting and tax?
On offer is the opportunity to join an organically growing business with a couple of branches and a team of over ten people. This is an exciting time to join a business who have people of different ages, have grown from graduates to partner level, work to a high degree of detail for their clients and a great reputation and repeat clients.
In this role you will deal with a variety of clients from sole proprietors to multimillion pound businesses, work with a range of cloud software packages and work as part of a team across accounting and tax queries for your clients.
The ideal candidate will be a junior accountant with practice experience who wants to focus their career on accounting and tax, happy to lead client engagement discussions and be a collaborator while having the chance to grow your career in a growing practice.
THE ROLE:
- Accounting and tax for diverse clients
- Client Engagement
- Prep unaudited accounts for sole traders and partnerships
THE PERSON:
- Partly qualified accountant ACCA or ACA, AAT Level 3 qualified
- General Accounting Practice experience
- Cloud Software Xero, Sage, QuickBooks
- Based in Stockport
- Full Right to work in the UK
