This is a chance to join a dynamic team within a reputable organisation, providing essential administrative support during a period of increased workload on a temporary basis. This role offers the potential for a long-term position and an immediate start as a Temporary Administrator.

The role will be initially onsite for the first 2 weeks and then hybrid 2 days a week onsite but if you prefer the offices are open all week for you to work onsite.

What the role of Temporary Administrator will involve?

  • Work closely with a dedicated group procurement admin lead, ensuring smooth operations within the internal service desk
  • Engage in a range of tasks, from processing purchase orders to managing invoices and updating internal systems.
  • Provide administrative support to the group procurement admin lead.
  • Handle requests from internal colleagues for indirect services or goods, including travel bookings, hospitality, IT equipment, and client requirements.
  • Receive and process requests through the service desk.-
  • Contact relevant suppliers and raise purchase orders.
  • Check and approve invoices against purchase orders.
  • Update the internal system with accurate information
  • Address queries from colleagues promptly and efficiently.**
