This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent organisational skills and a passion for customer service, as well as sales to join a friendly and supportive team.What will you be doing as a Sales Administrative Assistant?

  • Managing job status logs and preparing task paperwork for technicians.
  • Processing defect reports, quotations, and following up on sales inquiries.
  • Generating sales with new and existing customers while supporting contract management and KPI reporting.
  • Booking appointments for service visits and surveys and handling customer inquiries via email and phone.
  • Contributing to social media and website management.
  • Supporting the team by adhering to quality, environmental, and health & safety policies.

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in roles such as Sales Administrator, Office Administrator, or Customer Service Assistant.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Access.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and a polite, professional telephone manner.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team-oriented open office environment.
