Before, After School & Holiday Club Manager

Hours for Posts: 32.5 hours per week

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 6:30am to 9am and 2:30pm to 6:30pm

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Year

(salary will be pro rata to the part time hours)

Key Responsibilities:

* Programme Management

* Plan, organise, and implement a variety of activities for children aged 3-11.

* Ensure activities are engaging, safe, and inclusive.

* Manage the daily operation of the club, including staffing and resources.

* Work within the Early Years Framework

Staff Supervision:

* Recruit, train, and supervise club staff.

* Conduct regular staff meetings and provide ongoing support and professional development.

* Ensure legal ratios are met and make arrangements to ensure adequate staff are available.

* Line management and absence reporting

What are we looking for?

* NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent.

* Experience working with children aged 5-11 in a similar setting.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
