Sonic Summary

We are looking for a senior Contract Bridge Engineer to conduct assessments and inspections of steel pipe bridge structures in the North West and Midlands regions.
The position offers a competitive rate of £50 per hour, outside IR35, and is expected to last for at least 5 months, starting in December.
Candidates should have experience inspecting pipe bridges or similar structures and be capable of writing reports on defects and necessary remedial works.
Qualifications such as CSCS, SHEA GAS, SCO, Working at Height, and Working over Water are preferred.

We are seeking a senior bridge engineer on behalf of one of our Manchester based clients to work on contract, assessing and inspecting steel pipe bridge structures across the North West and Midlands regions.

As Contract Bridge engineer your experience should ideally include:

inspecting pipebridges or similar structures
Writing reports describing defects and remedial works
most likely 1 survey per month

Quals you will ideally have

CSCS / SHEA GAS
SCO
Working at Height
Working over Water

£50/hr (outside IR 35)
5 months + work - start in december
