I am looking for a motivated and experienced Project Architect with exceptional abilities to join a RIBA chartered practice in Stockport. The award-winning team has a vibrant portfolio spanning the Commercial, Education and Healthcare sectors and have a brilliant reputation across the UK. The friendly team always strive to create innovative and sustainable designs whilst providing brilliant service to customers.
The successful Project Architect will have significant post Part 3 experience and strong technical abilities alongside creative design flare. You should be confident managing a small team and running projects through all RIBA stages. Revit proficiency is essential.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:
- Significant UK-based experienced post Part 3
- ARB registered
- Confident leading a team
- Able to manage projects through all RIBA stages
- Great knowledge of current UK building regulations
- Creative design flare
- Revit proficiency is essential
- Local to Stockport
