Salary: £35,000- £42,000 dependent on experience

I am delighted to be seeking passionate Project Architect to join a forward-thinking collaborative Architectural design Practice in Stockport. On offer is an excellent opportunity to work with a growing Architectural Design practice who have received a gold Investors in people award for being dedicated to supporting continue professional development. This RIBA chartered Practice not only invest into their employee's development but also into utilising advanced Revit technology and sustainable design approaches. My client is specialist within Bluelight, education and healthcare sectors branching in commercial and residential projects also.

The successful Project Architect will have substantial post qualification experience working across medium to large scale projects in relevant sectors with a proficiency in Revit and boasting creative design solutions.

Skills, experience and responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:

ARB registered
Extensive post Part Three qualification experience
Proficiency in the use of Revit
Proven track record working on commercial, education or healthcare projects
Excellent attention to detail and boast design flare
Strong technical abilities
Excellent portfolio
Comprehensive understanding of current UK building regulations
Keen to input to company growth
Work well within a team
Job running / project lead experience
Good mentoring capabilities
Proactive and positive attitude
Passionate about innovative sustainable designs
Be local to the Stockport/ Manchester area
