Salary: 35,000- 48,000 dependent on experience

I am supporting a RIBA chartered Practice who invest in their employees development as well as the latest technology to ensure that they deliver ground breaking, exciting designs that improve the lives of their end users. My client is specialist within Bluelight, education and healthcare sectors branching in commercial and residential projects also. They work alongside a number of high profile clients who they have cultivated strong working relationships with. This Award winning practice have an excellent repuation in the industry and are seeking a talented Project Architect to become an integral member of their thrving team in Stockport.

The successful Project Architect will have substantial post qualification experience working across medium to large scale projects in relevant sectors with a proficiency in Revit and boasting creative design solutions.

Skills, experience and responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:

ARB registered
Extensive post Part Three qualification experience
Proficiency in the use of Revit
Proven track record working on commercial, education or healthcare projects
Excellent attention to detail and boast design flare
Strong technical abilities
Excellent portfolio
Comprehensive understanding of current UK building regulations
Keen to input to company growth
Work well within a team
Job running / project lead experience
Good mentoring capabilities
Proactive and positive attitude
Passionate about innovative sustainable designs
Be local to the Stockport/ Manchester area
