As an IFA Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's financial advisors and ensuring the smooth operations of their practise. Your excellent telephone manner and experience in IO will be key in handling client inquiries, managing appointments, and maintaining accurate records. With your exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, you will ensure that the advisor's day-to-day tasks are efficiently handled, allowing them to focus on providing top-notch financial advice to their clients.

Key responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service by answering client inquiries and addressing their needs promptly and professionally

Manage the advisors' calendars and schedule client meetings, ensuring efficient use of their time

Prepare and submit accurate client documentation, ensuring compliance with industry regulations

Process new business applications and follow up with providers to ensure timely completion

Maintain client records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

Support the advisors in preparing client reviews and presentations by gathering relevant information and materials

Collaborate with internal teams such as compliance and operations to ensure smooth operations and compliance with industry standards

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an IFA background. You should also have excellent communication skills and a friendly yet professional telephone manner. Proficiency in using IO systems is essential to efficiently handle client inquiries and tasks.
