As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for:
  • Converting warm leads into business through outbound sales.
  • Making calls within agreed SLAs and ensuring a world-class first impression.
  • Explaining technical aspects to contractors and adhering to compliance criteria.
  • Achieving an 80%+ conversion rate for various referrals.
  • Proactively chasing e-forms for prompt contractor sign-ups.
  • Identifying cross-selling opportunities for accountancy and partner services.
  • Communicating effectively with recruitment agency partners, account managers, and team members.
  • Contributing to team strategy and participating in regular meetings.
