As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for:
- Converting warm leads into business through outbound sales.
- Making calls within agreed SLAs and ensuring a world-class first impression.
- Explaining technical aspects to contractors and adhering to compliance criteria.
- Achieving an 80%+ conversion rate for various referrals.
- Proactively chasing e-forms for prompt contractor sign-ups.
- Identifying cross-selling opportunities for accountancy and partner services.
- Communicating effectively with recruitment agency partners, account managers, and team members.
- Contributing to team strategy and participating in regular meetings.
