Start Date: ASAPKey Duties/Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, match purchase orders, and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and year-end accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve queries and ensure smooth financial operations.
- Ensure all financial activities comply with school policies and relevant regulations.
Key Skills/Experience:
- A relevant accounting qualification would be beneficial.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within an educational setting.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and excellent attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
