Your new companyWe are working with a client in South Manchester who is seeking a proactive and positive Accounts Payable Assistant to assist their finance team. This role is on a temporary basis. Your new roleYou will be responsible for processing invoices,managing vendor accounts, and ensuring timely payments.
- Process invoices and ensure timely payments
- Manage vendor accounts and resolve any issues
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions
What you'll need to succeedYou will have:
- A good knowledge & understanding of the end to endAccounts Payable Process.
- Proficient in the use of MS Excel.
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently and cross functionally
- Excellent verbal and written communications
