The Paraplanning Manager role is a hybrid position offering a salary between £50k and £60k plus a package, with some flexibility on the salary.
This position is suitable for a senior paraplanner aiming to advance into management or for an existing manager looking to further their career.
The company is a Chartered Financial Planning firm that provides holistic financial advice to ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) and high-net-worth (HNW) clients.
Candidates should have a strong understanding of the financial planning process, good report writing skills, and proficient IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience in a Paraplanning role is required, ideally with management or supervision experience, and candidates should have achieved professional qualifications to at least Level 4 (CII Diploma in Financial Planning).

Role: Paraplanning Manager - Hybrid role, £50k - £60k + package - some flexibility on salary

Role could suit a senior paraplanner looking to progress their career into management or a current manager looking to develop their career further.

The company is a Chartered Financial Planning firm providing holistic financial planning advice to UHNW & HNW clients. The Paraplanner Manager role in a very integral part of the whole back office team. The role will report into the board of directors.

Experience, skills qualifications for the Paraplanner Manager:

• Excellent understanding of the financial planning process.

• Good report writing skills.

• Proficient IT skills. This should include knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Experience working in a Paraplanning role

• Ideally, experience in a management/supervision role

• Achieved professional qualifications to at least Level 4 (CII Diploma in Financial Planning).

• Ideally Chartered with the CII or well on your way to achieving this.
