Lead and manage a team of paraplanners, providing guidance and support to enhance their performanceDevelop and maintain effective systems and processes to streamline the delivery of financial advice and servicesOversee the compliance and regulatory obligations within the paraplanning functionCollaborate with our Financial Advisors to ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial plansConduct regular training sessions and workshops to upskill the team and enhance knowledgeMaintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and external service providers

Requirements:

Previous experience managing or training a team of paraplanners within the finance industryA deep understanding of financial planning systems, processes, and regulationsStrong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate othersExceptional attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressureRelevant industry qualifications will be highly regarded
