The Role:
This role is for a dynamic Legal Team Manager, someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You'll be results-orientated and driven to succeed.
You'll be managing a team of circa 10+ and reporting to a Senior Manager and be responsible for:
- Lead and manage the Legal Property Finance Team, ensuring high productivity and excellent client service.
- Address client/service queries and complaints, following internal procedures.
- Manage partner SLAs and build strong cross-business relationships.
- Develop and support the team through coaching, performance management, and recruitment.
- Monitor team performance, resource planning, and ensure compliance with company policies.

- Extensive Legal process experience.
- Proven management or supervisory background.
- Customer-focused and performance-driven.
- Resilient under pressure with deadline management.
- Strong prioritisation and multitasking skills.
