Driver Hire Stockport is seeking experienced Class 2 (Cat C) Drivers for various clients in the SK postcode area.
The role includes responsibilities such as driving the HGV vehicle, conducting daily vehicle checks, and assisting with loading and unloading.
Candidates must possess a valid Cat C Licence, CPC, and Digital Tacho, along with at least 6 months of relevant driving experience.
The pay rate is £15.68 per hour for a minimum of 8 hours, with overtime paid at £20.91 per hour after 8 hours.

Driver Hire Stockport are currently recruiting for experienced Class 2 (Cat C) Drivers to work for our clients across the SK postcode.

We have work available Monday Friday and have various contracts available such as multi- drop, flatbed, and general haulage work with roughly 50 clients supplied on a weekly basis.

We also have work to suit drivers just looking for part-time work.

Duties of this HGV Driver will include:

Driving the HGV vehicle responsibly while obeying all traffic laws.
Carrying out the required daily vehicle checks to ensure compliance.
Assist with loading and unloading the vehicle when necessary
Good communication with Branch Managers on daily progress.

Client Requirements:

Valid Cat C Licence (HGV Class 2)
Valid CPC and Digital Tacho.
6 month of relevant driving experience
No more than 6 points (No DDs, DRs, INs, TTs)

PAY RATES:
Paid weekly via PAYE

£15.68ph-Minimum 8 hours paid

£20.91ph OT-Paid after 8 hours

This rate of pay has holidays accrual included within the hourly rate, if you wish to accrue these separately then this rate will become £14.00ph and £18.66ph overtime.
