We are currently seeking a Carpenter Multi Trade for repairs on social housing properties in Stockport.
The role requires skills in carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, and tiling.
Candidates should have experience with social housing contracts, a full UK driving license, and a clear criminal record.
The position offers £20 per hour, a company van, and a fuel card for 39 hours per week.
A permanent position may be available after 12 weeks in this long-term contract.

We are currently looking for a Carpenter Multi Trade to carry out day to day repairs on social housing properties around Stockport. After 12 weeks in this role there may be a permanent role available to you if it's something you want.The Carpenter Multi Trade will have to complete repairs using their skillset, which should include:

Carpentry
Plumbing
Patch plastering
Tiling

I am looking to speak to a Carpenter Multi Trade who:

Has experience working on social housing contracts
Has a full UK driving license
Has a clear criminal record (DBS checks will be required)

In return, the Carpenter Multi Trade will receive:

£20 per hour
Company van and fuel card
39 hours per week on a long term contract
Permanent position on offer after 12 weeks
