Seeking an up and coming Brand Strategy Manager**We are on the hunt for a developing Brand Strategy Manager to implement strategic initiatives across our UK-based marketing communications firm. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, results-driven individual skilled at turning high-level objectives into actionable and effective plans.As a Strategy Manager, your duties will span strategic planning, trend reporting, research management, creative collaboration, preparation of bids and tenders, data analysis, team leadership, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement initiatives. **Key Expectations of your Role**- Develop and refine our strategic goals in collaboration with the Head of Strategy and senior leadership team- Conduct horizon scans and compile trend reports to inform business strategy- Oversee and manage our research department activities, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals- Write detailed briefs and collaborate with creative leads to align creative outputs with strategic objectives- Apply your excellent writing skills to ambitious bids and tenders, delivering compelling proposals that secure contracts- Extract insights from market and performance data to refine and perfect our strategies- Lead, mentor and develop the Junior Analyst and other team members- Collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders to deliver successful projects- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements**The Ideal Candidate**You are a Strategic Thinker, Problem Solver and adept at leading diverse teams towards common goals. Your advanced analytical skills allow you to cut through complex data and inform decisions. An influencer and communicator, you are comfortable presenting facts and findings to senior management and clients, ensuring they have the latest market intelligence.
