The Role:

As a Customer Insight Manager, you will be responsible for:

Provide insights into end-to-end customer journeys
Gathering insights from surveys and complaints and delivering true insights
Conducts or commissions research to offer valuable insights for businesses
Optimising customer journeys to enhance advocacy, loyalty, and customer experience
Analyse Voice of customer and speech analysis

Skills/Requirements:

- Mentoring experience

- Insight and Analytics experience

- Matillion desirable
