Venn Group have been approached by a Private Company, and would like to introduce the following available position

Position:         Head of Customer Experience

Location:        Stockport, Greater Manchester

Length:           Permanent

Salary:           £40,000 - £55,000 DoE

Hours:            37.5 hours p/week

The role will predominantly involve:

• Facilitating the delivery of agreed service levels and KPI’s
• Improving and creating customer experience efficiencies
• Managing the end-to-end customer experience journey for the contracting population
• Implementing and sustaining compliance frameworks in the customer experience arena
