Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote the company's property offerings and services effectively.
- Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital (SEO, PPC, social media), print, email marketing, and events.
- Create and oversee content for websites, brochures, email newsletters, social media, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with sales and lettings teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and suppliers, such as digital agencies, graphic designers, and printers.
- Track and analyse campaign performance, preparing regular reports on key metrics (ROI, website traffic, lead generation, etc.).
- Lead branding and positioning initiatives to strengthen the company's image in the property market.
- Oversee and optimize the company's website, ensuring it remains updated with fresh content and is SEO-friendly.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Skills and Experience Required
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging marketing content.
- Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Understanding of the property market and its key dynamics.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Analytical skills for interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
