I have a great opportunity for an Experienced Sales Manager to join an amazing charitable organisation who are looking double their size over the next few years. Ideally, you will have a solid sales background and will have managed large sales teams across the UK previously.  Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the management of the entire sales, recruitment and training process on both a tactical and strategic level. You will also be responsible for the successful delivery of annual client targets for volume and quality including attrition, complaint’s, mystery shop results and any other specified KPI’s.ROLE REQUIREMENT
  • Sales leadership and management experience at a similar level in dynamic and fast paced environments.
  • Demonstrable experience in growing a sales team, evidencing a track record of successful change management, introducing new structures, processes, IT tools, and systems.
  • Accomplished interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and sustain effective working relationships with other department heads
  • Emphasis on ethics and integrity
  • Fulfil a senior team leadership role as a member of the current SLT
  • Proven experience in generating and presenting monthly management reports that are delivered directly to MD and into SLT
There is an element of travel throughout the UK to manage the sales teams. Please note, a background of working within the charity sector is essential. My client offers a hybrid way of working- 3 days in the office. I would love to hear from experienced individuals who have the experience and are looking for a new challenge.
