Infrastructure Engineer
Are you an experienced Infrastructure Engineer looking to take your career to the next level? We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented engineer to join a well-established Civil and Structural Engineering consultancy. Our client offers a diverse and dynamic work environment, providing nationwide services across a wide range of industries.
As an Infrastructure Engineer with our client, you'll be involved in delivering complex engineering solutions across various sectors, including Theme Parks, Leisure, Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Waste and Recycling, and Education. The variety of projects will offer you the chance to work on both major new build schemes and challenging renovation projects, providing an exciting mix of work.
Key Responsibilities:
路Design and deliver infrastructure solutions, including Highway (S38/S278) and Drainage (S104/S98) designs.
路Work on the design of foul pumping stations, SUDS (Sustainable Drainage Systems), flow control, and balancing facilities.
路Contribute to residential and commercial external works design, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
路Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to budget.
路Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and assist in mentoring where needed.
Key Skills and Experience:
路Proven experience in infrastructure design, particularly in Highway (S38/S278) and Drainage (S104/S98) design.
路Experience with foul pumping stations, SUDS, flow control, and balancing facilities.
路Strong background in residential and commercial external works design.
路Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
路Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders.
路Proficiency in relevant design software and engineering tools.
