Our client, a leading multi-disciplinary practice, is seeking a motivated and experienced Building Surveyor to join their expanding team in Stockport. Due to increasing workload, we are looking for an ambitious individual to contribute to a variety of projects across the education, ecclesiastical, and commercial sectors.

As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for designing and managing both projects and professional work. Key responsibilities include conducting condition surveys, writing reports, preparing funding bids, and budget estimates, drafting tender specifications, and managing planning and building regulations applications. You will oversee contract administration and project management from initial design through procurement and on-site delivery.
