A fabulous accountancy and payroll company in Stockport are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their bussling team in their state of the art office in Bramhall, Stockport.Ā 

Ā£25,000 Basic Salary + BenefitsĀ

Working 8:30-6pm Monday to Friday you will:Ā 

  • Represent the business as a frontlineĀ ambassador and first point of contact, a team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Deliver a world class customer experience to allĀ employees, contractors, partners and third parties without exception
  • Act with honesty and integrity when delivering service support whilst exhibiting the coreĀ behaviours and values
  • Work individually and collectively towardsĀ core objectives, team goals, SLAā€™s and KPIā€™s whilst displaying a can-do attitude and positive mindset
  • Managing all communication lines - WhatsApp, emails and calls and online presence - Trustpilot and Google Reviews
  • Completing HR related enquiries - confirming employment status to HMRC and completing references
  • Processing the end of contract journey - pension and holiday pay refund before P45ing
  • Educating and enlightening queries relating to payments, expenses and payslips
  • Facilitating financial success by providing access to pensions and employee benefits portal
  • Providing access to Timesheet Portal enabling smooth invoicing and timely payments
  • Addressing complaints and insurance claims - from receiving feedback to tribunal level escalation

Suitable for Manchester or Cheshire based people who are ambitious, articulate, LOVE people and want to work in a growth and fast-paced sales environment.
