We're looking for a friendly, organised and caring person to join our In-Patient Team. If you enjoy helping people and want to make a real difference to patients during an important time in their lives, this could be the role for you.What You’ll DoAs a Senior Patient Coordinator, you’ll guide patients through their treatment journey—from their first consultation to the end of their treatment. You’ll be a key contact for them, making sure they feel supported, informed and cared for at every stage.Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Explain the treatment process clearly and provide ongoing support before and after treatment.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails and other enquiries in a kind, professional way.
  • Input and update patient information in our secure database, making sure data is correct and confidential at all times.
  • Keep track of each patient's treatment, ensuring all steps are completed on time using our patient management system.
  • Work closely with other teams to make sure each patient’s journey is smooth and positive.
  • Help with filing, preparing notes, processing prescriptions and other general admin.
