CNC Machinist (Fanuc / Programming)
16 - 20 Per hour + Overtime at 1.5x + 25 Days Holiday + Days Based + Flexitime

Are you a CNC Machinist with the ability to program, set and operate Lathes or Mills looking for a secure role within a growing OEM offering a days based, flexible role offering scope for further training and development?
In this role you will be modifying Fanuc programs as well as setting and operating Mills and Lathes for this original equipment manufacturer, ensuring quality standards are upheld. The role is days based, with occasional overtime available to increase your earnings. Additionally, training can be provided on Turning.
This well-established and specialist SME work closely with a number of vital industries such as oil & gas, petrochemical, and medical devices. Over the last 20 years this company has grown exponentially into a UK powerhouse within their niche and specialist sector. Currently based in Glossop, they are moving to a brand new, purpose-built facility in Bredbury to foster continued growth.
This role would suit a CNC Machinist who is looking for a secure, days based role and can set & operate CNC Machines as well as amend Fanuc programs.
The Role:
- Programming, setting and operating a variety of CNC machinery
- Completing quality checks on finished components and amending programs where necessary
- Monday to Thursday, 9:00am - 6pm, 7:30am - 1:30pm on Friday, 39hrs a week
- Flexible start and finish times available
- Occasional, optional overtime paid at 1.5x
