Wea are working on behalf of a well-established precision engineering company, currently looking for an experienced CNC Miller to join their expanding team. Flexible options available, with both contract and permanent positions on offer to suit individual preferences.

Rates & Benefits:

• Contract: Competitive rates starting from £24 per hour, with the potential for higher earnings based on experience and skillset.
• Permanent: Salary is dependent on experience (DOE) but will be highly competitive. In addition to a strong base salary, permanent employees will benefit from a comprehensive package, which includes career development opportunities, pension schemes, and other company perks.

Role Requirements:

• Candidates will ideally have experience working with Fanuc or Haas controlled machining centres.
• Ability to programme online is desired, or a minimum of 5 years' experience as a setter/operator will be considered.
• You will be expected to set and operate CNC milling machines to produce high-quality precision components, predominantly for the defence sector.
