Your responsibilities will include:Programming and setting up CNC machines to produce precision partsPerforming tool changes and program modifications when required.Meeting production deadlines while maintaining quality standardsMaintaining and developing processes with tight machining tolerances to deliver components that meet required specificationsUtilising advanced machinery control systemsInterpreting and understanding complex engineering drawingsAssisting in production planning to optimise workflow and resource utilisationAddressing day-to-day machining issues promptly and effectivelyEnsuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations and legislative controls.Providing supervision, training, and development opportunities for team members.Collaborating closely with factory managers to drive operational excellence.
