PROJECT COORDINATORCHEADLEUP TO £30, 000

Our client is seeking a highly organised Project Coordinator with excellent administration skills. Ideally you will have experience of the Construction industry but not essential. This is a role that involves a lot of communication and planning, liaising with Project Managers, Operations, Purchasing and Production teams. You will track progress on development sites and arrange for access.

Your goal is to achieve the supply and install of projects as smoothly as possible to meet with client expectations.

- Coordinate the supply and install of projects ensuring all arrangements are made to meet with project deadlines- Agree schedule of works with the project team, prioritisation of workload and project arrangements- Issuing documents- Ensure everything is onsite for install to take place - plan and arrange logistics- Liaise with installers and customers to ensure work carried out is up to standard- Carry out site visits to obtain information and carry out measurements, sort snagging issues- Budget tracking ensuring projects remain within budget- Attend project scheduling meetings- Organising site photography- Issuing manuals- Ensuring all project contracts are signed

This role is office based only and candidates will need to have their own vehicle.Mon to Thurs 7.30am - 4.30pm / Fri 7.30am - 3.30pm
