Remuneration: £40,000 - £55,000 + project related bonus
Benefits: Company vehicle or allowance & comprehensive benefits package The role of Project Manager - High-Rise Kitchen Furniture will involve:
- Project Manager position dealing with a the installation of a high end range of kitchen furniture into high-rise buildings
- Management of all subcontractors and site operatives
- Ensure that H&S procedures are adhere to by all site staff
- Liaise with both factory and installations teams to ensure smooth running of projects
- Oversee the distribution of materials to enable installation team to work efficiently
- Manage and arrange labour and resource required to complete works
- Attend site meetings as required with Main Contractors
- Ensure that projects are completed within budget and deadlines
- Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers
- Working on projects ranging in value up to circa £5m
The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager - High-Rise Kitchen Furniture with
- Must have site based Project Management, Contracts Management or Installation Management experience within the high-rise furniture or joinery market sectors
- Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
- Must have CSCS Gold/Black card
- Commercially savvy, experienced in authorising payments and doing variations
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Full UK driving license
