  • Project Manager position dealing with a the installation of a high end range of kitchen furniture into high-rise buildings
  • Management of all subcontractors and site operatives
  • Ensure that H&S procedures are adhere to by all site staff
  • Liaise with both factory and installations teams to ensure smooth running of projects
  • Oversee the distribution of materials to enable installation team to work efficiently
  • Manage and arrange labour and resource required to complete works
  • Attend site meetings as required with Main Contractors
  • Ensure that projects are completed within budget and deadlines
  • Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers
  • Working on projects ranging in value up to circa £5m

The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager - High-Rise Kitchen Furniture with

  • Must have site based Project Management, Contracts Management or Installation Management experience within the high-rise furniture or joinery market sectors
  • Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
  • Must have CSCS Gold/Black card
  • Commercially savvy, experienced in authorising payments and doing variations
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Full UK driving license
